If you wish to return a product purchased from Arches & Halos, you may do so within 30 days of its purchase. This date can be found on the receipt you received via Email. Please note, purchases are only eligible for return if the product is unused and in the condition you received it.
Upon receiving your return, it will be inspected, and you will be immediately notified on its status. Once your return is approved, you will receive a refund directly to your original payment method.
